Facebook data deletion
This procedure covers data received by the Subkick Caption automation when you interact with the Subkick Caption Facebook Page or its Messenger messages.
Data covered
This may include your comment text and identifier, your Page-scoped technical identifier, your public name when supplied by Meta, post or message identifiers, button actions and technical timestamps.
Request deletion
Email contact@subkickcaption.com with the subject “Facebook data deletion”. Provide the public name used for the interaction and, if possible, a link to the relevant post. Never send your password.
After reasonably verifying the request, we will delete matching technical logs still present in our Facebook database within 30 days. These logs are automatically deleted within 90 days in all cases.
Remove access
You can also remove the app's access from the apps and websites section of your Facebook settings. Removing access prevents future authorised processing, but does not automatically erase comments or messages already retained by Meta.
