Instagram data deletion
This procedure covers data received by the Subkick Caption automation when you interact with the @subkick.caption Instagram account.
Data covered
This may include your comment text and identifier, your technical Instagram identifier, your username when supplied by Meta, post or message identifiers, button actions and technical timestamps.
Request deletion
Email contact@subkickcaption.com with the subject “Instagram data deletion” and provide only your Instagram username. Never send your password.
After reasonably verifying the request, we will delete matching technical logs still present in our Instagram database within 30 days. These logs are automatically deleted within 90 days in all cases.
Remove app access
You can also remove an app's access in Instagram settings under Website permissions → Apps and websites. Removing access prevents future authorised processing, but does not automatically erase comments or messages already retained by Instagram.
